About the artwork

Meet Bazza, a Blue-winged Kookaburra from my Flummoxed Flock collection.

Painted with permission from photographer Roger MacKertich, Bazza captures the bold, slightly cheeky personality these birds are known for. His soft blue-grey tones are layered with subtle texture and finished with reflective embellishment that shifts gently in the light.

What makes this edition special

Each piece begins as a fine art giclée print on archival canvas, printed locally in Adelaide.

I then hand-finish every work with gold-like foil and paint in my studio, so no two are ever the same.

This is a first edition artist proof, created in a very limited release.
