Returns & Refunds

Original artworks and reproduction prints

Due to the nature of original art and limited-edition reproduction prints, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including where an artwork does not suit a space or match décor.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. For reproduction prints, this may include a replacement print where possible. For original artworks, a refund will be issued if a replacement is not available.

Checking suitability before purchase

Each artwork listing includes dimensions in centimetres. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the artwork suits the intended location.

If you would like help visualising an artwork in your space, you are welcome to email a photo of the wall or room and we can provide a to-scale digital mock-up prior to purchase. This is particularly helpful for interstate or international buyers.

My studio is not open to the public. However, local buyers may view selected artworks by appointment. Some works may also be displayed temporarily in exhibitions, cafés, or businesses. Current public display locations are listed on the website. I encourage local buyers to view artworks in person where possible before purchasing.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • the item is damaged or faulty, or
  • you have received the wrong item.

Email hello@kellybatsiokisart.com with clear photos and a description of the issue so it can be assessed promptly.

If a shipped item has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate tracking and, if required, lodge an insurance claim on your behalf. All artworks are sent with tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery.

Return process (where applicable)

Returns are only accepted where an item is confirmed as damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Please contact us before sending anything back.
  • We will provide instructions and, where appropriate, a return shipping label.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return addresses are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • commission deposits (all commission deposits are non-refundable)

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for reproduction prints that are damaged or incorrectly supplied. Once the return is approved, a replacement can be arranged.

Original artworks cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, or a shipping insurance claim is finalised, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.
