This pair of crested cranes are truly a statement piece.

The crested (or crowned) cranes are Uganda's national emblem. They are flamboyant birds with statement feathers on their heads resembling crowns. The painting has fluorescent highlights and metallic gold accents which further differentiates the couple from the plain black background. The negative space resembles a love heart. 

This is an original acrylic painting, 100cm x 70cm x 3.8cm, with black edges and ready to hang.
