Refund policy

We have a no-return policy on original or reproduction art, except in the circumstances that the item is damaged, faulty or the wrong item has been received. In these instances, a refund will be issued unless the item was a reproduction print where it is possible to re-print another copy in replacement.

Each artwork is listed with dimensions (in centimetres) and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure it fits and suits its intended location. Change-of-mind, or it 'does not match the decor' are not valid return reasons. A photograph of its intended location can be emailed to us and we can send you a mock-up (to scale) of the artwork so you can 'test' it before purchase if you do not live in a location where it is practical for you to view the item in person (such as you live interstate or overseas).

My studio is not open to the public, but specific items can be viewed by appointment - use the Contact Us page to enquire. Some artwork may be displayed temporarily in public locations (exhibitions, cafes, businesses) and these lists are on my website. I encourage local buyers to view the artwork in person before committing to a purchase.

To start a return, you can Contact Us (with photo evidence of damage/fault or the wrong item) at kelly.batsiokis@gmail.com. Please enquire for the address to use for returns or delivery in person.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of goods and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have not actually received the shipped item, within a reasonable period (15 business days) please contact us to investigate the tracking of the item and if necessary initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. All orders are sent with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.

Other non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Commission deposits are also non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged or incorrectly mailed item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This only applies to reproduction prints.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or know the outcome of a missing shipping insurance claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
